Can ShopAgent AI answer questions about product images?
Yes. It can answer questions about product descriptions and information visible in product images.
Can it answer questions about store policies and pages?
Yes. It can answer questions based on your Shopify policy pages and other store pages.
Can I view my customers’ chat history?
Yes. You can access conversation history to understand customer questions and improve sales flows.
Is ShopAgent AI GDPR compliant?
Yes. ShopAgent AI is designed to be GDPR compliant.
Where is your infrastructure hosted?
All infrastructure is hosted in the EU, in France.
Do you use third-party LLM or chatbot engines?
No. The LLM and chatbot engine are fully built in-house.
Is customer data secure?
Yes. All store and customer data is secured with strict protection standards.
Can I disable the chatbot on specific pages?
Not yet. This feature is on the roadmap.
How do monthly plan quotas work?
Your plan quotas reset at the beginning of each month.
Is there human handoff or human agents involved?
